If you climb up a mountain in the middle of winter and you get lost and freeze to death, it's your own damn fault, and shame on you for it. Anyone with living family who does something reckless like that is either an idiot or selfish beyond reason. And who is paying for the rescue efforts? My tax dollars. YAY.
