Couples Face Tough Choice: "As if planning a wedding was not tough enough, betrothed couples in Chile could soon face a new prenuptial stress: choosing whether or not their marriage will include the option to divorce."

I actually think this is kind of cool, if you don't think so please tell me why I'm wrong. The reason I like this idea is that it forces couples to decide - are we going to have a real marriage, or are we going to play house?
