We had a really nice experience at St. Leo the Great Catholic Church on Sunday. They just renovated the church, but it's very nice, and not destroyed. The tabernacle is in the right place. The people sang along with the music, which was modern but reverent and clearly intended as an aid to prayer. The homily was good - an examination of moral lessons we can extract from the story of the paralytic being lowered through the ceiling to Christ which even mentioned the unrecognized Christian martyrs of Sudan, 2002. Nice job St. Leo.
